eExstremists.... a different perspective of the world

eExtremists ....Going beyond necessary?

Todays extremists... now eExtremists are turning to media to spread our message. Its the natural course of history right? We used to just talk about it all the time, then we could write about it and read it in the papers, and then talk about it on the radio, and now publish whatever we want to on the internet because we can and nobody can really stop us. Not only can we post about different issues that we believe are important or should be more important, but you can also gather more support from others and recruit new members to join you in your fight for it. And while your at it, you can also buy merchandise, t-shirts, stickers and give donations to the rallies and any other form of help to these groups too. But are we only encouraging them through this when some in reality, some should really be discouraged because of their radical views/beliefs? Where do we draw the line where what we say and do goes too far?

Some groups seem to take the use of media to express their views a little bit too far sometimes. Sure we all want to have the freedom to say what we want and demonstrate our views but sometimes people seem to go a bit far. And by far I mean organising rallies and protests and damaging property and recruiting people to help demonstrate their point and create an online "hate" community just to show their point and become angry and almost violent (mostly verbally and through the Internet but sometimes physically) towards anyone that may disagree with them or is the centre of the intolerance/group concerned. Many of these groups are racially based against others such as the Hammerskin Nation, Racial Purity groups, whiteskins, nature extremists, anti government groups, anti gay/lesbian/bisexual groups and the lists go on and on. Basically if you can think of a topic that may start an argument with people and divide them, then there's a good chance that there is a group of extremists out there already trying to make it bigger and more "extreme".

I'm sure sometimes it does go a little to far and in other cases not. If it wasn't for extremists in some cases and now eExtremists, then some of the issues that have occurred overseas would still be going. If not for some of these groups, we wouldn't know what is actually happening and actually be able to change some of these things. Sometimes what eExtremists are actually protesting about and being so passionate about is actually important. Some may be required and wanted by many but labeled as extremists by their governments in an attempt to hold onto power before they are thrown out. This has been the case in some countries like Libya and surrounds where they have attempted to get the government out of power, but because of the way they do it, or because of their views and what they are trying to do is looked against by their government. This is only sometimes the case, but other times its not. In our modern world, not all extremist issues are relevant as they have been in the past. Many people may still think that issues such as race and religion are still very important. But are they as important as some of the other issues that are taking over now??

Take these eggs for example. They are all different in some ways and could all each hold different beliefs. One may have a religious beliefs, another a governmental and the other a racial belief. Each will use different ways of reaching out to others. One may use print media (newspapers, magazines etc,) another audio media (radio etc) and the other digital media (internet etc). Each will reach a large audience and be able to spread their message. Even though they are all different in what they believe and the way they spread their message, it is still important to an extent and could change the course of certain things in history.

Not everything on the internet is true. And not everything that happens in life may be true also. But people support different causes because of something that they believe in. And its ok to be different and support different things. Without it, where would we be and would we have change in the world?
